This guide explains how to select a site in Cascade CMS so you can begin navigating content and performing editor tasks within the correct website.

When to Use This Process

Use this process whenever you need to switch between one or more sites you have access to, especially before navigating content, editing, or publishing pages.

Before You Start

  • Confirm you are logged in to Cascade CMS

  • You must have been granted access to at least one site

  • You should be on the Cascade CMS Dashboard or viewing some content

Important: Always verify you are working in the correct site to avoid publishing content to the wrong location.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. From the Dashboard, locate the Site selector dropdown at the top left of the screen.

  2. Click the Site dropdown arrow to display all the sites you have access to.

  3. Scroll through the list or start typing the name of the site you want to work on.

  4. Click the site name you want to open.

  • The system will load the selected site, and the Site Content / Asset Tree on the left will reflect this site’s folder structure.

Quick Tips
